DJ Mag Tickets FAQ


When will my tickets be delivered?

All tickets are delivered to the email address entered at checkout. Please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your address book. If you have checked all of your spam folders and haven't received within one hour of placing your order, please contact us.

I haven't received my e-ticket.

If you have checked your spam folders and still can't find your e-tickets, all DJ Mag events will accept the confirmation email along with photo ID of the ticket purchaser on the door instead. 

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only given if the event is cancelled by the promoter. As the ticket agent, DJTickets is unable to provide refunds for other reason. 

Can I list my own event on DJTickets?

DJTickets is currently in beta, we'll be opening the platform up to selected promoters and events shortly. Register your interest on


What if I can't attend a DJ Mag HQ event?

DJTickets is currently in beta and only issuing free tickets for DJ Mag HQ. If you can't attend, no action is required - you can pass on to a friend or if you don't attend by the cut-off time, the space will be allocated to another customer on our wait list.

Why can I only claim one ticket for DJ Mag HQ?

DJ Mag HQ is a limited-capacity space. To give the maximum amount of people the chance to attend, ticket orders are limited to one per person. If you want to attend with friend(s), they will need to order their own ticket.
