DJ Mag Tickets FAQ

General

When will my tickets be delivered?

All tickets are delivered to the email address entered at checkout. Please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your address book. If you have checked all of your spam folders and haven't received within one hour of placing your order, please contact us.

I haven't received my e-ticket.

If you have checked your spam folders and still can't find your e-tickets, all DJ Mag events will accept the confirmation email along with photo ID of the ticket purchaser on the door instead.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only given if the event is cancelled by the promoter. As the ticket agent, DJTickets is unable to provide refunds for other reason.

Promoters

Can I list my own event on DJTickets?

We are now inviting promoters to join our beta program and sell tickets to their own events. Simply click the 'promote an event' button in the top right corner of the site to create an account, then follow the instructions to create an event.

Why are there no booking fees?

During the beta stage, we are waiving booking fees, meaning you can offer tickets to your customers at a cheaper price than other platforms. In return, we would welcome your feedback on the site.

When will I get paid?

Ticket revenue is paid out within 2 weeks of the event end date, usually sooner. Please ensure you have added your bank details and registered address/company information to your page so we can process payments automatically.

I need help or want to submit feedback

We're here to help and we'd love to hear your feedback. Please email [email protected]

How do I validate tickets

You can validate sold tickets by using the official DJTickets Scanner app, available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can print the guestlist from the event page or add your tickets to a third party scanner app.

DJ Mag HQ

What if I can't attend a DJ Mag HQ event?

If you can't attend, no action is required - you can pass on to a friend or if you don't attend by the cut-off time, the space will be allocated to another customer on our wait list.

Why can I only claim one ticket for DJ Mag HQ?

DJ Mag HQ is a limited-capacity space. To give the maximum amount of people the chance to attend, ticket orders are limited to one per person. If you want to attend with friend(s), they will need to order their own ticket.
